Domestic Shipping

Processing Time:

• All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
• Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

• Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $5.99 or free for orders over $75.
• Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $14.99

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

• You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping

Processing Time:

• All international orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

• Standard International Shipping (7-21 business days): $25.99
• Express International Shipping (3-7 business days): $49.99

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

• FloatingFourteen is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Shipping Restrictions

• We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
• Some items are restricted for international shipping due to customs regulations.

Delays and Issues

Unexpected Delays:

• While we strive to deliver your orders within the stated timeframes, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs processing times, or other logistical issues.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

• FloatingFourteen is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please contact the carrier to resolve the issue.

Damaged Items:

• If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will process a claim with the shipping carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund.
